1/2 • Hydra
First, Kypseli, an intense neighborhood in Athens. Cars, cars, cars. Arriving by boat to Hydra was something different. The island with the same name as the nine-headed freshwater monster. The island with no cars but instead home to cats and donkeys. In winter being a magical little place. I immediately knew that I needed more time here. So I stayed.

2/2 • Hydra
The cats surround you, just like the Aegean Sea surrounds the island. As a sign of the extended stay being the right decision, the local festivities started and the humans transformed, and so did I. And on the last stroll, I saw a frame with a handheld fan inside, and somehow I felt it was the right moment to depart.
